The contract amendment funding a feasibility study passed (9-2); the two dissenting votes came from Becky Erikson, Mayor of Poulsbo, and Leslie Daugs, Councilmember of the City of Bremerton. Prior to the vote, there was a discussion between board members, but no opportunity was provided for public comments or discussion prior to a vote. The $37K for the feasibility plan was part of a larger contract; the vote was for all or nothing.
